After 11 days of Israeli aggression against Palestine, finally, the ceasefire has been reached. 11 days of bombing of Gaza cost 250 precious human lives, including around 70 innocent children. Thousands of houses were destroyed, even hospitals and schools were targeted deliberately. Infrastructure was damaged, causing a shortage of electricity […]

The irrational, illogical support of Israel has harmed the U.S. much more. Vetoing the UNSC resolution for ceasfire between Israel and Palestine three times has exposed America’s bias and apartheid ideology. 14 members of the UNSC are on one side and the US is only country delaying it. The U.S. […]
Egypt has once again been thrust onto the forefront of brokering a ceasefire between Israel and Hamas. President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi remarked on Monday that a ceasefire might still be within reach. As he put it, “Egypt is going to great lengths to reach a ceasefire between the Israelis and […]
The whole world is, without moving, witnessing new clashes between Israel and the Palestinians. It remains unmoved confronted with the blood that flows on both sides. The course of events attests that foreign powers, the United States, Iran and Turkey, are throwing oil on the fire. The « Deal of the Century » that he dreamed up for Palestine angered President Abbas, who interpreted it from the point of view of previous US propositions. Could he have been wrong?
It’s impossible for any of those actors to pretend that the US is impartial to the conflict and might one day pivot towards the Palestinians after the undeniably pro-Israeli moves that Trump’s committed to since entering into office.
The US project for the Middle East is not a peace plan for Palestine. President Trump is approaching this question from a radically different angle – not attempting to render Justice between his vassals, as an emperor would, but to unblock the situation in order to improve the daily lives of the populations involved.
The recent bloodshed and massacres underscore the fact that there is no solution on the current path in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. It only leads to increasingly unlivable conditions in Gaza plus more illegal settlements and oppression in the West Bank. The so-called “two state solution” has been dead for many years and should be forgotten.
